Egg Omeletts
Main Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
1 small red capsicum
1 small green capsicum 6 pieces small mushrooms
2 big tomatoes, sliced 3-4 eggs
beaten grated cheese oil for frying salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Procedures:
Heat the pan over medium heat.
Saute onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes and fry until slightly moist.
Add red pepper and green pepper, set aside.
Scrambled eggs.
Put the vegetables on the scrambled eggs, then add the cheese.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
It can be eaten like this, or you can fold the egg in half as shown in the picture.
