Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
1 envelope gelatin
60 ml water
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 ml cinnamon
4 ml liquid food sweetener
60 ml water
125 ml evaporated milk
2 ml vanilla
60 ml chopped nuts
Directions
- Soften gelatin in water(60 ml) for 5 minutes. 
- On the other hand, melt the chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener, then add milk and water slowly. 
- After that, add gelatin and stir until all dissolved. 
- Remove the mixture from heat, add vanilla and cool it down. 
- Add nuts when the mixture starts being thicken. 
- Turn it into a cold pan and cut into pieces when it is firmed.
