Chocolate Pudding


1 envelope gelatin

60 ml water

1 square unsweetened chocolate

1 ml cinnamon

4 ml liquid food sweetener

60 ml water

125 ml evaporated milk

2 ml vanilla

60 ml chopped nuts


  1. Soften gelatin in water(60 ml) for 5 minutes.

  2. On the other hand, melt the chocolate with cinnamon and sweetener, then add milk and water slowly.

  3. After that, add gelatin and stir until all dissolved.

  4. Remove the mixture from heat, add vanilla and cool it down.

  5. Add nuts when the mixture starts being thicken.

  6. Turn it into a cold pan and cut into pieces when it is firmed.
