The story of pizza

Pizza is a famous food in Italy. Anyone who has been to Italy must have a taste of pizza. Just baked from the red furnace, the pizza has fresh color, strong taste, scorched outside and tender inside, and attractive aroma.

As for the origin of pizza, it is believed to have been born in Naples in 1600 AD. It is said that there was a mother who was very poor. She had only a little flour left and but she want to cook some delicious food for her children. When the neighbors learned about it, they brought together some tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella for her. The lady made a round base out of flour, placed chopped tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella on top, and then grilled it over a fire to make a delicious pizza.
