PEST analysis is a method to help enterprises evaluate the external macro environment. It refers to the analysis of the macro environment, often referred to as the big environment, it refers to the various macro forces affecting all industries and enterprises.
According to the characteristics and management needs of different industries and enterprises, the specific content of the analysis will vary, but it generally involves the analysis of four external environmental factors that affect the development of enterprises: politics (historical politics), economy (economy), technology (technology) and society (society), as shown in the figure:
