When is Labor Day ?

For America and Canada, Labor Day is always on the first Monday in September, which means any time from September 1 to September 7.

However, this is not the case in most countries -- most countries celebrate on May 1.

International Labor Day, also known as May Day International Labor Day, Labor Day, International Day of Demonstrations, is the world's more than 80 countries Labor Day. Labor Day was first established to commemorate the Haymarket event in May 1886, when Chicago laborers fought for an eight-hour work system that was suppressed by police.
