An American entrepreneur, industrial designer, business magnate, media proprietor, and investor. He is also the co-founder, the chairman, and CEO of Apple; chairman and majority shareholder of Pixar, member of The Walt Disney Company's board of directors following its acquisition of Pixar, and founder, chairman, and CEO of NeXT.

An authorized biography of him is created by Walter Isaacson, a former executive at CNN and Time magazine. Over the course of more than two years, Isaacson conducted more than 40 interviews with Jobs himself, in addition to more than 100 interviews with Jobs' family, friends, rivals, competitors and colleagues, giving Isaacson a comprehensive view of Jobs' life. Jobs is said to have encouraged the interviewees to tell their stories truthfully. Jobs had no control over the content of the book, except for the cover, and waived the right to read the book before publication. From this book, we can get to know him more deeply.

Are they really appear in one night?

Steve Job is undoubtedly a successful person who has promoted products, technologies and even companies that have achieved great success. Although his success looks like achieving in the day he introduce new products, their success is often built on a series of preparation and planning. Not only for the brand building, but also the design of each of the product and services.

Just like Apple's series of products, each time a new product was launched, it received a lot of promotion and support. These achievements could not be achieved overnight, thanks to the efforts of various R&D and product promotion personnel, in addition to the heavy leadership of Steve Jobs.

If you really look closely, most overnight successes took a long time.

This statement is trying to tell us that all the successes we see are not as easy as they seem. Just like the people who have won different competitions and famous products in various fields, they could not have achieved these successes without the testing and practice behind them.

All success depends on adequate preparation and hard work. There are no secrets to success and no shortcuts; the only way we can succeed is by doing our best. Through our efforts, we will continue to make progress toward our goals even if we do not achieve success in a single day.

What should we do if we fail?

Before we can succeed, we have to do long and hard work. During this process, we may face many kinds of failures and then accept fear and tension. In this case, how should we overcome these failures?

There is no need to be afraid, but to treat the failures as an experience. We can learn from every failure we have encountered before and then use them as a step towards success. If we are afraid and then don't try to take the next step, we will never be able to move forward and become successful.
