Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1 Cup Homemade Apple Butter
1 Cup Cooked Fresh PumpkiN
1/2 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
3/4 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
3/4 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Ground Ginger
3 Large Eggs, Lightly Beaten
3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 Pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
Steps
Preheat the oven to 425 ° F In a large bowl, combine applesauce, pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and ginger.
Add eggs. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth. Pour into the pie crust. Bake at 425 ° F for 35 to 40 minutes or until set (if necessary, cover edges with foil loosely to avoid excessive browning).
Cool on a metal rack. If necessary, garnish with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
Tip: If you need a decorative cut, roll the extra dough to 1/8 inch. Thickness ; cut with 1 inch. At 1-1 / 2 inches. Leaf, pumpkin, ghost or apple cookie cutters.
