Tomato Chicken Pie Recipe

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, chopped
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
200g can of chopped tomatoes
2 celery sticks, chopped
Small red onion, chopped
1 tbsp basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 sweet potato
50ml milk
Directions
Fry half of the onion, add a little garlic and ginger. Add potato pieces, then add water.
Bring to a boil, then close the lid and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Drain the water, add the milk, and then mash. Press it into the bottom of the pie pan and set it aside.
Fry the remaining onions and chicken for a few minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over low heat.
Transfer the contents to the pie pan and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
