Brownie Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 box dark chocolate brownie mix

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 1 egg

• 1/3 cup oil

• ¼ cup milk

• ¼ cup sour cream

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease the cupcake tins.

2. In the bowl of your stand mixer, mix all the ingredients needed to make the brownie. Mix until a thick batter is formed.

3. Put the batter evenly into the cupcake tin and bake for 25 minutes or until the cake tester is clean.

4. Transfer to a metal rack and let the cupcakes cool completely.
