Cheese Ball
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 clove minced garlic
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2.25 oz.green olives
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, blue cheese, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a food processor until they are well blended.
Add olives to the mixture, and pulse into small chunks.
Shape the mixture into balls, and place the chopped pecans to its surface.
Wrap the balls in plastic, and cool them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
