Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 1/4 cups cold water
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350
Grease two 9x1 1/2" round baking pans and lightly dust with flour
Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Stir the butter in the blender for about 30 seconds.
Add sugar and vanilla and stir until combined
Add eggs, one at a time, beating 1 minute after each
Add the cooled chocolate
Alternately add dry ingredients and cold water
Into a prepared pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until finished
Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan
