Simplistic pump tank Suction/Discharge

This diagram is a very basic design for how to allow a motor operated pump to both take a suction from a tank and be able to fill said tank by use of common headers (top and bottom) and two 3-way valves( subsituted with y-gate and hoses if you dont want to use piping for the entire run).
