Cooking Preparation:
For potato topping, cook potato slices in unsalted boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes or until cooked. Drain well. Add cheese sauce to potato slices. For meat filling, cook ground beef in non-stick frying pan over medium heat until cooked. Drain. Return beef to frying pan. Add seasonings, chili sauce, and ketchup. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Spoon meat filling into 2 liter casserole dish. Top with potato/cheese mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
