Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
2 fresh pizza dough’s
4 vine ripe tomatoes – sliced thin
16 oz. mozzarella – shredded Grated Romano cheese
6 sausages – 3 hot – 3 sweet
1 large onion – sliced
1 bell pepper
4 cloves garlic – chopped
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. dried oregano Corn meal for dusting Olive oil
Process
Heat a large saucepan with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Over half heat, add sliced onions, peppers and chopped garlic to sauté until onions are clear and slightly golden.
Add the sausages and cook until the sausages are done. Cut the sausages when they are cooked and return to the pan and set aside for pizza topping.
Preheat oven - 375 degrees: Dust the pizza pan with cornmeal.
Make the dough to fit into the pizza pan. Put in the oven for 5 - 8 minutes to bake before adding the toppings. This will give the crust some firmness.
Remove from the oven. Divide the slices between two tomatoes on each pizza. Top with sausage and peppers, shredded mozzarella, grated cheese, a few extra dashes of seasonings and a small drizzle of olive oil.
Bake for about 20 minutes until the crust is golden.
