What is Comfort Zone?

A situation in which you feel comfortable and in which your ability and determination are not being tested
-- Cambridge Dictionary

No test of competence and determination means no challenge for you. In this environment, you will not face serious problems and pressure, and you can handle your work with ease. However, without challenges, you may easily postpone or even lose your goals.

We don't usually like difficulties. When you encounter a challenge on the way to your goal, you may want to leave it and go back to your comfort zone routine. In this case, although you will feel good, you will never reach your goal. After a long time, when the goal gets further away from you and you find it difficult to reach it again, you will feel disappointed with the actions you took before and think:

Why I choose to stay in my comfort zone at that time?
