A business plan is compiled by a company, enterprise or project unit in order to achieve the investment promotion and financing and other development goals, based on the scientific research, analysis, collection, and arrangement of relevant information of the project in the early stage. It is a description of the business of an enterprise in written form that introduces in detail a company's products and services, production process, customers, marketing strategy, and utilization of resources, funds, and so on.
