Monochrome Poster
Monochromatic painting is an important element of avant-garde art since the 20th century, with a single color of painting, representing characters such as Malevic, Yves Klein, Gerhard Richter, and Ad Reinhardt. From geometric precision to expressionism, monochrome painting has proved to be a lasting style of contemporary art.
Monochrome is usually used in two ways:
- The first purpose is to communicate spiritual purity; By choosing a color, the artist can explore serenity in complete abstraction.
- The second purpose of monochrome is to reduce painting or sculpture to its simplest form, so that the focus of the work is on the purely physical elements; Color, form, texture, or method of making.
