The Story of Ice Cream

Do you know how we get our favorite ice cream in hot summer! From ancient times, the stories of ice cream in different countries are different, and it is only today that there is such a delicate and delicious ice cream!

As early as in the ancient Roman Empire, there was an emperor who asked his servants to travel around in search of ice and snow to relieve the heat. A clever cook took the unfused ice and snow from the mountains and stirred it with honey and fruit to drive the emperor away heat and quench his thirst. This is probably the first ice cream in the world.

In the 13th century, Marco Polo brought back the method of turning milk into ice from China to Italy, which made a breakthrough in cold drinks in Europe in summer.
