SWOT analysis (or SWOT matrix) is a brief description of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It is a structured planning method used to assess the four elements of organizational, project or business risks. So, how to use mind map for SWOT analysis? The traditional SWOT analysis lists the major strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of enterprises in the form of grid, as shown in the figure, and gives the corresponding Mind map diagram.
