Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients ( Serve: 8 )

Beef

• 1.4 kg - Chuck roast

• 125 ml - Chopped onion

• 5 ml - Salt

• 5 ml - Paprika

• 2 ml - Pepper

• 15 ml - Brown sugar

• 5 ml - Mustard

• 15 ml - Worcestershire sauce

• 225 ml - Ketchup

• 15 ml - Lemon juice

• 15 ml - Vinegar

Others

• Any vegetables you like

• Soft rolls

Procedures

1. Cook the roast for several hours until the meat is falling apart.

2. Cut the roast into bite-sized pieces.

3. Mix all remaining ingredients in a large pan, and them stir in the meat.

4. Cover the mixture and simmer for around 30 minutes.

5. Place the roast and other vegetables on soft roll and enjoy it!
