Beer is a kind of low alcohol fermentation wine with carbon dioxide made from cereals and water, hops (or hop products), and yeast fermentation.

Beer can be divided into craft beer and industrial beer according to raw materials and fermentation technology. Common Budweiser, Carlsberg, and Qingdao are industrial beer.

1. Craft Beer: only malt, hops, yeast and water are used for brewing without any artificial additives. Compared with industrial beer, the malt content is more, the addition of hops is more, and the concentration of wort is higher. Usually, when brewing craft beer, you don't need to consider the cost too much, and most of them will choose superior raw materials.

2. Industrial beer: it is also brewed with malt, hops, yeast and water, but to pursue the cost, more raw materials such as rice, corn and starch are used to replace malt. In this way, the concentration of malt is very low and the taste is light.
