What is the "fear" that stands in our way?

There are different kinds of "fears" for us. For example, we are afraid of leaving our comfort zone, of accepting pressure from others, or of an unknown future. Finally, we have the fear of failure. We are afraid that we will not be able to complete our tasks, meet the wishes of others, or get the job done with the skills we have.

Not sure if you're afraid of failure? Try to see if you have any of the following signs.

- Tend to feel nervous
- Often procrastinate
- Want to avoid different tasks or work
- Feel uncomfortable (e.g., headache, stomachache)

How to deal with the fear in front of us?

1- Define what is "failure"

The truth is that most failures are not really "failures". We can look at it as experience and a basis for the next attempt. We don't need to afraid of the fear that every success is based on a lot of trying and testing. In this case, understanding that the failures we encounter are not really failures, we can reduce stress and tension and start preparing for the next time.

2- Plan for failure

We have fear because we can image different kinds of failure. In this case, we can plan for the failure we may meet. Reduce the negative impact of failure and so that your pressure and fear will also be reduced.

3- Maintain a healthy body

Good physical and mental health is also important to us on the path to achieving our goals. With a healthy body, we will have a higher level of self-confidence, and a clear mind can help us think about ways to deal with failure.

What do we do to succeed?
After solving the fear of failure, is there any other thing we can do to success?

1- Well Preparation

Plan for what you want to do, and what you need to do. The way you choose to achieve your goals, even every little step of it, you can plow through. They are all things we can prepare for before we start the next attempt. Even the experience gained from failure is a form of "preparation". Everything we learn from our previous failures will help us plan our next steps.

2- Hard Working

Without pain, there is no gain. There is no way you can achieve success if we don't work hard for it. We need todo our best to learn the skills and knowledge we need to achieve our goals while working hard on every step and choice we make on the path to get there.
