Example of irreplaceable person
Is Coco Chanel an irreplaceable person? Yes, she is, and this "irreplaceability" comes from her attitude and actions that are different from those of others.
Her clothing design and branding pushed women's fashion wearing style and clothing design into a new era. She has broken the traditional and customary rules of clothing, and only those who are unrestrained and innovative can become "irreplaceable" like her.
How to be different
You may be confused that, is being different meaning that you have to do something different from others, or you cannot do the same thing as others? In order to be "different", the first thing you need to do is to be "yourself".
Why being ourselves equals to being different?
We always have different goals, or having the idea that "want to be like someone". Like that, the easiest thing we can achieve is to learn from them, do what they usually do, and follow their steps. As a result, we can easily lose ourselves and just try to blindly follow others without making any changes to suit ourselves. In this case, we are unable to break the limitations around us. By being the same person, or imitating others, we can never become irreplaceable. It is only by being ourselves, but not following others, that we become unique and irreplaceable. Even if we walk in a way that looks similar to someone, every small step we change according to our own ideas helps us explore a new path.
How to be yourself
Being yourself is not a difficult task. Define what you want to do and then set the goals carefully. Even if they are partially similar to others, there is no problem. As all of us have different lives, there will be difference between all of us. Just make sure they are what you want, you will find that your target will be special and unique.
After setting goals, we can find ways to achieve them that work for us. You may be fear of the unknown future if we cannot take reference from others' experience. Be brave! Treat the failure as the a kind of experience and learn from it. If you keep on following your own mind, you will find that you are no longer following others' step, you are unique and irreplaceable!
