Boxing is a sport for fighting with boxing gloves. It has both amateur and professional commercial competitions (also known as Olympic boxing). The goal of the game is to score more points, not to beat an opponent or knock him out and end the game. At the same time, players must try to avoid being hit by their opponents.

Modern boxing originated in England in the eighteenth century, when the game was not wearing a boxing suit, and there were no rules or time limits until one of the parties lost the ability to continue playing. On the basis of the rules originally established by Broughton in 1838, the British enacted the new London Boxing Championship Rules, which were finally used in boxing in 1839. This rule was also revised in 1853, prohibiting boxers from kicking, head bumping, and biting in low-level movements during the match, and stipulating that the boxing ring should be surrounded by ropes.
