Muhammad Ali was an American professional boxer and activist. Nicknamed "The Greatest", he is regarded as one of the most significant sports figures of the 20th century and is frequently ranked as the greatest heavyweight boxer of all time. In 1999, he was named Sportsman of the Century by Sports Illustrated and the Sports Personality of the Century by the BBC.

"Don’t count the days, make the days count."

It means don't just count the days day by day, but cherish each day; chase time in stride, not let time chase you!

“Don't count the day” means not to count days, when you set a goal you should not measure your preparation with the number of days ( how many days you spend).

“Make the day count” means the day/time spend on something, itself should decide in achieving your goals. You must also be engrossed in the process/preparation of your goals that you don't even realize how days are passing.

If you plan to complete the work within (say) 10 days. You shouldn't count the days every now and then. You should work hard instead of wasting time calculating the number of days left to complete a task.

Each of us has worries and worries in our lives. Things we are afraid of. Things we are afraid of. Worry about what "may" or "may not" happen. There really seems to be an infinite number of things we need to spend time worrying about. At the end of the day, however, do worrying things do us any good? The answer is a resounding NO! We must stop worrying about the "ifs" and "if nots" in our lives.

I can go on and on about all the things I can find to worry about every day, and I'm sure you can too - things we all know we're stressed about - but stressing and worrying about them doesn't do much other than stress us out And worry aside, it's bad for us!
