What is Rose Chart?

Every sector on a rose chart means the value or frequency of its belonging category, having its radius and arc length proportional to the value. Thus rose charts are mainly used to compare values between categories by comparing the sectors' radii. As the radius of a sector is proportional to the value, the ratio of two values is equal to the ratio between the sectors' radii.
