What is Doughnut Chart?

A doughnut chart divides a ring into different sections to describe proportions of each categories in each case. The length of each section tells the viewer how much the proportion of the category is out of all categories. A doughnut chart shares many characteristics with a pie chart, in addition a round cut-out at the center, allowing user to put additional or supporting information to the chart.
