Avocado and Sardine Toast Recipe Card
Mashed avocado & sardine toast:
Cooking Preparation:
Mash the avocado, spread on the whole wheat seeds and spit. Put a bunch of sardines on top, then use a fork to crush its salt into avocados. Flavor with freshly ground pepper, drizzle with lemon and add a lot of lemon juice. To decorate green, add chopped chives or arugula leaves.

2 slices seeded toast
2 whole sardines
Salt and pepper to taste
