Cheese Soup

Enjoy the tasty soup with your family.
Ingredients
300 g Stale brown bread
450 g Different sorts of cheese (Emmenthal, Appenzell, Gruyere, etc.)
1L Stock
1 tb Spoon plain flour
2 tb Spoons butter
Salt, freshly ground pepper, ground nutmeg
Directions
Slice the bread and cheese Thinly , and fill them on a dish in alternate layers.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Heat the stock, then pour over the other ingredients in the dish.
Cover the dish and wait for 15 minutes.
Add the butter and also1 tablespoon of flour.
Quickly boil the soup and and simmer for about 10 minutes.
