Summer Chicken Sandwich:
Cooking Preparation:
Cut the cooked chicken into long thin strips. Add similar sized strips of avocado, dot with mayonnaise, add thinly sliced tomato and grind black pepper over the sandwich. Top sandwich with another slice of buttered granary bread. You could use cooked prawns instead of chicken.
