Mexican Corn on the Cob Recipe

Ingredients
6 ears of fresh corn
1/4 scant cup Mexican cheese (your choice)
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/4 stick melted butter
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
a handful of fresh cilantro chopped finely
Directions
Grill the corn on the cob and spread the melted butter while roasting. In a small bowl, add Mexican cheese (melted and cooled), sour cream, and all spices, and mix well. Finally, garnish with coriander.
