Taco Pie Recipe

Ingredient

1/4 cup butter

2/3 cup milk

1 package Taco Bell seasoning mix

1/2 cups mashed potato flakes

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup salsa

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sour cream

Procedure

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter.

• Add milk and 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning. Remove from heat and add potato chips until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 10-inch pan.

• Bake for 7-10 minutes until it is almost golden brown.

• In a medium saucepan, cook the beef and onion until the beef is browned and cooked through. flow away. Add the salsa sauce and remaining taco seasoning. Cook until frothy.

• Pour into the crust. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

• Let cool for 5 minutes. Put cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on top. If you are one of those who like spoiled cream, chop it up and serve it with sour cream.
