All the sunflower and pumpkin seeds must be soaked and dehydrated before mixing.

This recipe delivery a delicious way to serve up raw broccoli. The major ingredients are sunflower seeds and raw almonds.

Ingredient

6 cups organic broccoli

2 cups spring onions

2 cups celery

1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds

1 cup organic blanched almonds

1 cup raw vegan mayonnaise

1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt

1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 tablespoons agave nectar

Procedure

  1. Cut the broccoli, celery and spring onion into small pieces.

  2. Crush the almonds in a food processor or cut into slices.

  3. Put the dressing ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy.

  4. Swap half of the dressing and then gradually add until you succeed.
