How to Set A SMART Goal?
We always have the goals we want to accomplish, but the approaches to achieve them are not always clear. You may encounter this situation: many times we find that we do things by halves. The reason is not because it is too difficult, but because we feel success is far away from us.
If you want to make your work more effective, then use SMART principles to set your own work goals! It will support us on the track to growth. The SMART principle divides the goal into five dimensions, namely:
The goal must be specific (Specific)
The goal must be measurable (Measurable)
The goal must be achievable (Attainable)
The goal must be relevant to other goals (Relevant)
The goal must have a clear deadline (Time-based)
