Ingredients:
2 cups of flour, 2 table spoons sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 3 cups of Water 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil , 1/2 c Superfine sugar
Procedures
Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add water to a 6-quart pan, add 1/4 cup of oil and stir quickly boiling. Pour the flour mixture into the pot at one time and remove from the heat. Stir until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and cool 1/2 time. Heat the oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the dough into a pastry bag with a large nozzle from 6 to 8 points, and 6 inch long block of hot oil. Fry until golden on both sides. Take it out, absorb water with a paper towel, sprinkle extra fine sugar, and at the same time it is always hot.
