What is Influence Diagram?

An influence diagram (also called a relevance diagram, decision diagram or a decision network) is a visual representation of a decision situation. It depicts the decisions, uncertainties, and objectives as nodes of various shapes and colors. The influences among them are shown as arrows.

How to draw a Influence Diagram?
