Fresh Seasonal Fruit Tart
Ingredients
- one 9" shallow pie shell 
- one kiwi fruit 
- one cup cut fresh strawberries 
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 
- one lemon for zest and juice 
- 1/2 cup Mascarpone cheese 
- 1-1/2 cup confectioners sugar 
- one teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract 
Directions
- Bake the pie crust at 375 F for 8 minutes or until light golden brown, let cool completely 
- Cut fruits 
- Add cold mascarpone cheese, candy sugar, and vanilla to the mixing bowl and mix well (make sure it is creamy and spreadable 
- Spread the cooled pie/pie shell and the ingredients in the mixing bowl thoroughly, add the lemon juice and peel, then start adding the fruit, add strawberries, raspberries, and kiwi from the back
