The rational nutrition balanced diet is a kind of brand-new health idea. In terms of nutrition, it can maintain a balanced state between the nutritional needs of human body and dietary supply. Energy and various nutrients can meet the physiological and physical needs of human growth and development, and the appropriate proportion of dietary nutrients can be maintained between them.
To achieve a balanced diet requires starting with a reasonable mix of meals, that is, to eat a variety of foods. And the nutrients that our bodies need to know, carbohydrates, proteins and fats, are things that we can get from our food.
Food can be divided into five categories:

The fourth category is vegetables, fruits, mushrooms and seaweed: mainly provide dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins, c-carotene, vitamins, calcium and healthy phytochemicals.
The fifth category is pure energy food: including animal and vegetable oils, starches, sugar and alcohol, which mainly provide energy. Animal and vegetable oils also provide vitamin E and essential fatty acids.
